Boys' Muay Thai (14-18)

Course Overview

Muay Thai, (also known as Thai boxing), is a martial art and combat sport originating from Thailand. It is known for its powerful kicks and punches as well as use of the elbows and knees. This martial art is a great way to get fit and learn self-defence with the skills you learn helping you protect yourself in real-world situations.

In addition to the physical benefits, Muay Thai also helps you develop important life skills such as confidence, discipline and self-control. You will learn how to spar with other students in a safe environment.

Taught by the highly experienced Coach Anas, classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners through to advanced.

My name is Anas Mansour, and I am proud to serve as one of the youth leaders at IANL (Islamic Association of North London). I have the privilege of leading the Boys Muay Thai and Youth Club, where I combine my passion for martial arts with my commitment to nurturing the next generation. With 4 years of Muay Thai experience under my belt, and as an active competitor in various London-based competitions, I bring both skill and enthusiasm to the mat.Teaching Muay Thai at North Finchley Mosque is something I truly enjoy.
